Has anyone ever frozen, already decorated, cake pops and if so for how long?
I am making them for my daughters wedding along with her cake, candy buffet and everything else!!
Trying to get as much as possible finished ahead of time = ) Thank you icon_biggrin.gif

I'd be kind of leery of freezing them after they're dipped. Candy melts don't react well with condensation and you run the risk of the coating cracking as it defrosts. If you make them a couple of days before, they'll be fine left out, just cover them to keep dust off.

Most chocolates will get that white film where the cocoa butter seeps out when it is frozen. I wouldn't suggest it. You can freeze the inside, though, as long as they are covered tightly.
