Anyone Have The Clikstix Tappits From Global Sugar Art?

I have the FMM tappits and love them. Haven't used Clickstix.
bought them and used them on a cake two wks ago...Loved them! so much easier than trying to dig the fondant out of the tappits or banging hard enough to break them. I read folks let fondant harden a bit before using tappits but I still did not have much luck with them...but he stiks are divine...push the backs and out the letters pop! Hurrah...someone with a little imagination. Thanks to whoever thought of them.
Any suggestions on how to use the clikstix? My tappits were working fine but these won't work for me, they keep getting stuck on the counter, whether I use cornstarch on a clean countertop or if I use shortening on the countertop (which is what I do with my tappits). GSA won't take them back since I opened them. How am I supposed to know if I like them if I don't open them and use them??
Roll out your fondant or gumpaste and let it air dry for a few minutes. Depending on how soft your fondant is, it may take as long as 20 minutes.
Then, try it with the cornstarch. The clikstix are meant to work by picking up the cut-out, as opposed to having it stuck to the work surface.
Thank you Diane and saapena. I did see the video from the Australian cake company but it still wasn't working for me. . . I used some Fondx for it and not homemade MMF and let it sit a bit and for the most part it worked. Having some issues with letters on the end like the "a" and I think the "n" is on the end but it will take some practice. I do fine with the tappits but thought this would be faster. They are larger than I expected as well but I suppose I am stuck with them now. Thanks for the advice, I will tinker with them.
