I had a problem with my subscription a while back too, but CC didn't hesitate in giving me a refund when I asked for it. I think you just have to put it in the right forum. I believe it's under the Cake Central Magazine under subscriptions. It was a while ago, so I honestly don't remember, but I'll try to look for it.

If you haven't heard back from CC you can call your credit card company and dispute the charges if you paid for the subscription and it wasn't delivered.
Not speaking from personal experience but I believe some people posted (althought those threads have been locked or deleted) that they complained to the Better Business Bureau and that got them a response.
