i am making my first ever topsy turvy cake. it will be three tiers, 10in, 8in, and 6in and i'm not sure how much support to give it. is putting bubble straws in each tier and 'gluing' them together w royal icing going to be enough to support it, or should i 'build' a structure? i just really want this cake to be nice and sturdy. thanks so much for your help ![]()
