I am new to this site and newish to cake making. I started about a year and a half ago and am getting better with each cake. I just recently was asked for a quote on 150 cupcakes with bc frosting and an edible cowboy hat on each one. As well as these cupcakes, she wants a cake for on top of the tier (for a wedding.) I live in a relatively small town with only one place that would be considered competition. I have tried getting a hold of that company to see what they would charge but they didn't return my phone call. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I would charge per cupcake? I understand it's hard to say for sure but an idea would be very helpful

They would most likely be an easy cowboy hat cookie cutter so the time would be considerably reduced.
I would charge $4.00 per cupcake and $72 for the top cutting cake.
A total of $672 not including delivery or set-up.
But this is what I would charge, not necessarily what you should charge.
