I am making brownie cupcakes so I'm guessing the texture will be slightly heavier than for a cake. I want to use Henry and Henry bavarian cream filling for them. Should I fill the cupcakes after I've baked them or put a spoonful of filling in the middle before I cook them? I've never done this so any help is greatly appreciated.
i would bake first and then core yr center just a bit then fill
If it's a bakeable filling try it both ways. Then determine which result you prefer.
