I am making a 3D cake and need to add the grill and head lights on the car, I'm going to do the parts out of fondant but not sure what I need to do to make them silver, should I use the silver dust? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi,
When i need to make something silver I start out by using a grey colored medium (fondant, gumpaste) and then use silver luster dust w/vodka and paint. It always works and takes less time to get a deep silver look than starting out with white, JMO
