I am not able to take courses offered at Michael's or AC Moore due to work my work schedule (unable to change). Can anyone suggest places that offer weekend courses in the Apex/Cary/Fuquay-Varina/Holly Springs area of NC?

Hi,
I'm sorry, I'm not from any of these arears but I thought I would suggest this to you: Have you tried looking up any of the Culinary schools in yr/these areas? Most of the time, they have w/e baking/cake decorating course for ppl that aren't looking to become actually students of the school.
