Hi, I wondered if anyone has done a wedding cake with the top tier fruit? I have a client who want a 12",10" +8" stacked cake and is insisting she wants some fruit in the cake but only the smallest tier! Is this something you can get around doing? I dont do much fruit to be honest as im rarely asked for it now a days!
Just use the correct support and it'll be fine! The supports take the weight not the cakes below.
