I am saving up for a stand mixer, and am getting close to what I need for one, but I am just a hobby bakers, and not sure of what size bowl would be best, I double batches regularly also.I am leaning toward the Cuisinart but not set on it.TIA
Cuisinart is a great machine. Much better than a KA. I also advise to get the biggest motor and bowl you can afford.
