Hiii.. I want to make house/cottage cake, I tried looking for the tutorial however, could not find any. I fail to understand how to make the roof of the cottage. I will be really obliged if any one can help, thanks in advance.

Did you want to do a 3D cake? Wilton has a 3D house pan. If not, then stack square cakes and make the roof out of a lighter material (e.g. RKT or fondant mixed with Tylose). Do it similar to a gingerbread house where you make the 2 panels and 'glue together and glue on with RI or something like that.

Wilton products are not available here.However I aspire to make 3D cake, What is RKT ? As you mentioned lighter material, I can use wafers to make roof and use meringue icing to glue them as we do for gingerbread house, I guess
