I'm looking for a good yellow cake recipe that I can convert to a gluten-free cake. I can not use box mixes, so it needs to be from scratch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Converting to gluten free is very difficult, I have found it is best to start with a scratch gluten free and messing around with it until you like it.
