What is your favourite icing on sugar cookies? I am looking for a yummy recipe, not just plain RI.

This is my fave cookie icing recipe. I do half and half with Vanilla and Almond extract. Soooo yummy! It gets hard enough so you can stack them, but not crunchy like royal. Its perfect!
