Hi there.. I will be making mini cakes that will be covered in White Chocolate Ganache. I'm thinking of decorating the outside with little flowers and maybe vines. I was wanting to pipe Buttercream Vines and Royal icing flowers...would either of those work ok on top of the ganache? Any input would be great! Thanks!!
