I've contacted 3 different mods about removing some of my photos. I've yet to hear back from any of them. Is this normally a week long process?

you didn't say anything about timeline? When did you contact her? if it has been a long time send a follow up pm asking about it, maybe it got lost in the shuffle.
over 1000 photos are uploaded daily, so there is a lot to review, and remember all the moderators are volunteer community members. They are not paid staff.
