I am making a monster truck tonight and just got finished with the huge wheels I made them out of rice krispy treats and then covered them in fondant and...THEN it dawned on me to look at the rice krispies cereal box to see if it says it may contain peanuts. IT DOES!!!! S*!T I have to make the wheels out of something else!!!! Please any suggestions!!!!
Cake, of coarse, is due tommorow.

Peanut allergy? Make certain you have not contaminated to work surface before continuing ... If they don't have to carry weight ... doughnuts ?

I've never seen that warning on a box of Rice Krispies, that's odd. I have severe peanut allergies and I've never had an issue eating Rice Krispies.

The grocery store or Whole Foods may have other types of toasted rice cereal that do not have the peanut allergy warning.
