Gumpaste Flowers In Transport

is it best to attach gumpaste flowers cascading down the front of a cake to the cake and transport (about 50 miles away) with them attached, or attach them after you get to the site? they will be made with individual petals, all on wires. have always carried any gumpaste flowers and attached on site, but would like to have them attached to the cake this time. concerned about breakage. birthday.gif

I always attach my gumpaste flowers before I leave. I like to have as little set-up on site as possible. As long as your flowers are fully dry, you should be fine.
