I need to buy a commercial oven for baking cupcakes. Can I ask which oven you are most comfortable using for baking cupcakes - gas or electric? Do you use a convection oven? Any particular commercial brand you prefer?
I have a small commercial convection oven made by Bakers Pride. I absolutely Love it! It has 4 racks in it and it works great. Didnt run up my electric bill too much either.
