I've just discovered her site and I love it. She has the recipes with the matching "how to" videos. I've tried the Italian Spritz and Butter Spritz cookies. They are delicious and easy to do. I'am going to try all of her recipes. I'am especially interested in her version of SMBC as the one I have is very good but tastes too buttery no matter how much flavor I put in. Her videos are funny but listen to her and you learn some good tips. Her video on the vanilla scratch cake sounds good too.
Her videos are also on Youtube.

Yes, I've seen her. She has a website/blog as you said "crumbboss.com" and she has many videos on youtube. She owns Woodland Bakery in Chatham, New Jersey and she makes all these how-to videos from her bakery. She shows the how to on youtube and then you go to her website for the actual recipe. She's a goof!!!!! I think my favorite one is her showing how to decorate a full sheet pan full of brownies with chocolate in about 2 seconds. Check it out.

Looks very interesting. I think I can get a lot of tips, ideas, and recipes from her site.
One little issue, though....it bothers me that in several of her videos she does not have her hair tied back while baking. It shouldn't really bother me since I am not eating her food, but it's hard not to focus on it :/

I LOVE Crumb Boss! Awesome to see her work from inside the bakery!

I love how Stephanie says chawcolate Reminds me of home in NYC

I wanna try the Swiss style BC as well, but doesn't adding the shortening and confectioner's sugar kinda defeat the whole purpose of making a European style buttercream? No offense to the Crumb Boss (she's awesome), just wondering.

I just made her New York style cheesecake and it was awesome!!!!. I made it in an 8 inch round cake pan. This recipe has no graham cracker crust. It came out 2 inches high and I did do the waterbath as her recipe says and there was not a crack to be seen. It was very rich and yummy. Check her out.
Her website crumbboss.com has the recipes and on youtube she shows you how she makes it all. Good stuff!!!
