Making a shark cake for my son's birthday, how do you make grey icing? I normally use the wilton gel colors to make my icing.
A lot of white...a smidge of black. I do not use wilton colors, but they should still work.
If it's too purple (as a lot of "blacks" are) you can add some yellow to get a nice true grey.
