Cake Decorating Computer Program??

I'm wondering if there is a free or affordable comp. program for designing cakes. A program that will allow me to choose everything from number of layers to the topper??
Seems like in this modern time that there would be a program out there.

Wow. Just checked out the Cake Design Pro software and are they out to gouge your pocket or What?! I don't know how much the original software is, but they have add-ons that cost $10 and up!

Glad I can draw by hand!
