Where To Get These Plastic Boxes?

Does anyone know where to get plastic cupcake containers that have individual cups on both the top and bottom?

I saw these on a blog that showed pics of cupcakes shipped from Georgetown Cupcakes. But I haven't seen these plastic containers on any of the websites I've seen mentioned here.

You can get containers, just like the one in the picture from CK products. They come in containers for 6 or 12....And you can get individual cupcake containers also.

Looks like CK Products only sells to businesses (and I couldn't find these on their website). Any sources that sell to the public?
