Today I finally found a store locally that sells cake flour in bulk 
... this was huge to me because now I can totally cook from scratch now & not just on some recipes. It feels so free! Also the senior in high school will be mentoring with me tomorrow. 
Quick question tho...I saw a forum a little while ago that someone had a WASC recipe that was totally from scratch ...but can't find it now...does someone know the link?
The cake is called A Better Whte Scratch Cake and it is by EdnaCakes. I have the recipe,I can send it to you if you would like, I don't know how to attach in the forum.
If you look Under the recipe section and do a search it should be there!
