I have a cake coming up in December and need to paint on fondant. I use Wilton coloring, should I mix it with something or use straight from the bottle? Thanks in advance!!!!

Mix it with vodka. The alcohol evaporates leaving no flavor and your paint is dry to the touch after a few hours. Some people use lemon extract or clear vanilla extract but I've never had much success with either. They take longer to dry and the lemon at least is not really clear.
