I have been asked to do a piano cake for a friends mother. I have no clue where to start, I did see tat wiltons has piano pans on ebay but I am in Canada and I can't risk them not getting here in time. Does anyone know of any tutorial or anything that will be helpful for making this cake.

It is for 20 people plus making of two little children sitting on the bench it will be alot of work. I am not sure what would be fair pricing wise
