I have made several batches of cookies and whilst they look ok and taste ok they seem to go soft and no matter what I do I cannot seem to keep them nice and crunchie. Does anyone have any idea's or receipies that stay nice and fresh tasting please?

Put them in a container with a couple of saltine crackers to absorb the moisture.

Are they plain or decorated? I've read that re-baking your decorated cookies for a couple of minutes on the lowest setting possible will re-crisp them after RI makes them a little soft.

HTH!
