Does anyone have any tips on how to ice smoother corners and sides on square cakes? I always struggle making smooth corners and was hoping to find some tips on how to fix this issue.
Have you checked out youtube or google search on frosting square cakes, they give alot of helpful hints. Using bench scrapers on the edge of the corners, its kind of hard to explain, its easier to watch a video.
You should check out seriouscakes videos on youtube. She has one on frosting square cakes and other things as well. There are very helpful.
