I need to make burgundy fondont. any ideas?

Red, little purple and a tiny bit of black.

I find this one very difficult to achieve, I never get it exactly the way I want it!

Wilton makes a Burgundy color gel and AmeriColor has a Maroon which is very close to Burgundy.

The recipe for burgundy looks like it may be a little on the pink side so maybe add some brown or black depending on what you're looking for?
