Hi, I'm new to cake decorating. I have a question and sorry if this sounds stupid.
Can cheesecakes be covered with frosting? If so, is white chocolate cream cheese frosting good for a strawberry cheesecake? or if anyone can suggest a good frosting?

Yes, cheesecakes can be covered in frosting. I have covered mine in buttercream. I think your idea of covering yours in white chocolate cream cheese sounds fine. As long as you have used this recipe on a traditional cake with no problems, you will be fine covering a cheesecake with it.
