Well was I excited today when I realized you can use a garlic press for grass or hair. Beats buying another tool. I'm sure I'm not the first one to discover this, but thought I'd pass along my finding for those who didn't know.

Oh yeah! I also used it to make "grains" of rice when I did a sushi cake. It's always great fun to find a tool in the drawer to do the job rather than having to by more stuff that's only good for one thing!
