taste it... heheeh
i have had a bit of frosting leftover and sealed it properly and it survives a week ... sometimes it hasn't survived 3 days depending i guess on how long it was left out when made, and the room temperature at the time.

It should be just fine, just be sure to remix it before you ice your cake.

o sorry i should have mentioned i live n the tropics so the temperature and humidity does affect me more than those living in north america and other temperate countries
