how else can i decorate a fresh cream chocolate cake besides putting chocolate shavings and cheries.how else do i make it different especially for a birthday. And how do i write on fresh cream.

I don't know how you write on cream.

Probably my all-time favorite flavor combination is chocolate with orange. You could grate a little bit of orand zest over the cream and then decorate with half- or quarter-slices of orange.

What about doing some chocolate transfers or maybe chocolate tiles.

You can do some basic shapes are get creative with them. If you have time to order anything you can order the sheets that have the fun patterns on them. If not you can make your own simple pattern with different color chocolates.
