Hi everyone,
I have a friend whose son has an egg allergy and his birthday is quickly approaching. What do you all suggest for a very good eggless cake?

You can substitute flax seed meal mixed with water for eggs in many recipes. I use Bob's Red Mill and there is a substitute conversion on the package.
