Best Way To Stick Fondant To Buttercream
Decorating By Skidoochic Updated 8 Oct 2011 , 4:33am by diamonds-and-rust
My buttercream cakes are crusted and my fondant attachments are dried. What is the best way to attach them to the cake? Piping Gel? Water?
TIA.
Thank you! These are branches and I was afraid piping gel would run but I might try your Pam trick. Thanks!
I think piping gel would end up running on you. I always use just a little dab of water and they stick all the time ![]()
I use edible glue.....equal proportions of water to Wilton's meringue powder. Make sure that your bc has completely crusted.....works like magic ![]()
Bright and bountiful cake blessings to you ![]()
