Hi Eva, I have the wilton chocolate melting little pot that you can buy at Michaels and it will keep your chocolate warm, so that it doesn't get to thick. Also after you dip your cakeball into the chocolate I take the stick that the cakeball is attached to and tap it and swirl it on the side of the pot to get all of the excess chocolate off.
