Getting very frustraited, can someone help me/ tell me why my cupcakes always come out with "titties" eithier a high hump in the middle or "titties" coming out from the side (really just looks like it spilled over onto the pan... it looks crazy... why can't I get them uniform. my scratch recipie i get the high hump and my box recipie gets the side titties...lol that's what i call them..

lmfao - i giggled at "titties" - thought this was going to be a post about naughty cupcake decoration. My recipe does the same thing now and then. i would say try filling them just a bit less and also reduce the oven temp. The titty is bursting free as the batter still needs some place to go after the top has set.
