i had to pipe a jack daniels label for a cake yesterday and i have a fab idea so thought i would share with you. I have always had trouble with keeping a consistant pressure and my hand wobbling with cramp so it occured to me to use a bag clip so i didnt have to apply pressure.
All i did was twist the piping bag as you usually do and instead of holding it tight and shut put a bag clip on. Every now and then i just put the clip down a little when needed. it made life 100% better.
