If I bake a cake, frost and decorate thursday, no diary or fruit, covered properly, will it be ok till Saturday?

I was looking up whipped cream frosting, if I used that and not fondant could it last in the refrigerator from Thursday till Saturday or would the frosting begin to separate and make the cake soggy. Is that frosting best used the day of consumption?

Yep, should be just fine! I'd put it somewhere dry, though, to avoid humidity that can wreak havoc with fondant. ![]()
