Save Melted Vanilla Icing??

things went a little fast, and I poured the flour/milk-mix over the butter before it was cooled enough. So it all became a thick soup..

Can it be saved??

I made that frosting last week for red velvet cupcakes.

My butter was too warm last week and it went into a kind of soup, but about 10 minutes in the fridge cooled the mix down and then it whipped up perfectly.
