This is the first cake I am making for someone who is paying and she loves cakes and fillings. She wants a white cake with buttercream frosting and wants a light, fluffy creamy filling. But not pudding, fruit or cream. Any ideas? Oh did I mention it is for her parents 50th wedding anniv.
