i like putting fresh cream on my cakes but lately i have been having a weird problem.after i have done decorating my cake and everything,i notice cracks developing on the cake starting from the top then the sides.i dont know y this is happening,cud it be am over whipping the cream?i am using Rich's fresh cream.
What is Rich's fresh cream? Could you provide a description or link to the product.
