My husband and I have been struggling getting pregnant for 5 years and my fertility doctors knows I love to bake cakes. I told him that once we got pregnant, I would make him and his staff a cake. We just found out we are expecting and I want to make them a nice thank you cake and include the baby theme. Any ideas would be helpful!
