I have to ice a cake with fondant on a trip. I won't have a kitchen so I can't make my own. I'm thinking of using a ready made fondant. I've heard that Satin Ice is pretty good. I'll only need about 5 lbs. Can anyone recommend a brand?

If you've got a Michaels close by go online and get their coupon (usually they'll have a 40% off one item) and get the Duff brand. I just used it because I needed black and it actually has a good taste to it!
