how do you make white modelling chocolate in the uk?
I make it with 1lb white chocolate and 1/2 cup corn syrup.
Melt chocolate, make sure all chocolate have melted or you will have little bites in the end result. Then add 1/2 c. corn syrup, mix together and place in ziplock bag. Press the chocolate out into a slab, then place in fridge over night. Some people put it in wax paper.
