Is It Just Me Or Is Yellow Cake Harder To Work With And Cook

I normally use choc or white but the last two times I have used yellow as a cake it has stuck to the pan crumbled and I couldnt use...lets just say my family and myself are having crumb cake tonight. I use the box kind, ducan hines I beleive...its the one wilton likes on the box anyway never had a problem,,I dont sell my cakes by the way, jsut do them for family and friends and a hobby icon_smile.gif
I hope its not my pan, I used a 9x9x2 square and I was making a 6X6x2 round for top...both wilton but differ types.....anyway after making the top is goin to be taller so I hope its ok we are doing cupcakes also but adding another layer of square yes would look better I am sure but its gonna be way to much cake. what do you think will it look ok and about the yellow is it just me??/ icon_sad.gif
