i just did a pink castle cake a couple weeks ago, i just used two round cakes covered in mmf, used rkt for the towers and those pointy surgar icecream cones for the turrets. (in my gallery). i covered the cones with colored pink sugar. hth icon_lol.gif

I used the Wilton's castle kit for the first time to make a knight's castle and the tip I have for you if you are using the same kit is in regards to the towers. To make them stick to the board, I used candy melts. Once it hardened, I covered it with green frosting around the castle to make it look like grass.

I made a princess castle cake for my 3 year old this year. I am newbie, but I used 2 - 8" square cakes. Used the first one for the base. Cut the 2nd one in 4's and used 3 of the squares for the 2nd tier. I didn't need a very big cake. I used waffle cones and iced them with pink icing and covered them with pink glitter sprinkles and put one on each corner of the first tier and one on top. I put lil pink marshallows on the top of the cones. I used sugar wafer cookies for doors and windows and piped the details on in white icing. I used a chocolate wafer for the door and white wafers for the windows. I saw a you tube video for this, you can probably google princess castle and find it. it was very easy.
