Can you make ahead of time. How long or should I say how early can you make ahead of time. I need some to dry like flowers?? I dont want them to break of crumble. I am also making mmf as disc for cupcakes an that is where I putting flowers on top of. I am making zebra print out of fondont also but I am sure that has to be put on cake not dry so it forms but if I have to make some ahead of time. will it stay soft and good to make what has to be soft to had later????

I make my fondant 3 -4 days before I decorate the cake, I tightly wrap in seran then in a ziplock bag. For zebra print I place on cake as I cyr them. Last night I made leaves for cupcakes for this Saturday, I mixed 2/3 fondant & 1/3 gumpaste, I need them to hold their shape.
