Hi everyone

I need to make 100 vanilla cupcakes next week does anyone have a recipe that will make the correct amount of cupcakes.

Also i need to make white buttercream im going to use trex, again does anyone know the amounts i would need to make this icing?

I would just use your normal vanilla cupcake recipe and make however many batches you need to make 100 cupcakes. As far as the icing goes, again, make enough batches to account for approximately 1/4 cup icing per cupcake. (If your icing recipe makes 5 cups then that would cover approximately 20 cupcakes, so you would want to make at least 5 batches.)
