Number 1 Cake To Feed 35 People! Need Help With Cake Size

Hi, i need help with finding out what size pans i shoud use to cut a number 1 cake that can feed 3 icon_cry.gif 5-40 people.

please help! the order is for next week.

I don't know what serving chart you use. So which ever size square pan your chart says will feed that many people. Using this chart for number really helps from losing too many servings.

You can carve from a 12x18 pan (single layer) or from a double layer 11x15 pan. You can also use the wilton #1 shaped pan and put it on top of a single layer 11x15 pan, but you'd end up aith a few extra servings that way. Hope it helps!
