Hello Everyone,

I have a strange question, does anyone have experience with Asian Wedding cake flavors?

I have been making quite a few cakes for a local Chinese restaurant, and I have been asked by my client to research Vietnamese bakeries to learn more about flavor profiles.
He has told me that they are less sweet, and would like for me to be prepared before meeting with this particular couple.

He has been happy with all my other product but is concerned with this couple since they are very particular in the meal choices they have made.

Thanks so much for everyone's help!!!

Hey, Jan, am I missing something? When I went to the link for the banh da lon recipem, I got a link to cake pans on Amazon.

Oh, you know what - that recipe was in Vietnamese and the link to Amazon.com was the only English I recognized in the whole blurb.... so I clicked on it thinking it might be a cook book.

Found another authentic recipe for banh de lon:
